Returning a Customized Item First and foremost,
it's important to acknowledge that not being able to return an item can
be frustrating. After all, we all want to get our money's worth, right?
We take your concerns seriously when investing in expanding your
business. If you are hesitant about this investment, we offer small
minimum to ensure you enjoy the quality of the product.
If our
product meets quality standards, we do not offer returns on printed
goods. Please consider our smaller batch runs for these investments.
Returning a Non-Customized ItemReturning an
item can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, but we have you covered. We
allow returns on non-printed items.
Oops! Did you order something
that won’t work for you, or order more than you needed? No worries!
Follow these three simple steps to return items.
Here’s what you
need to do:
1. Return the unused item(s) in their original
packaging within 15 days. Don’t forget to include a copy of your packing
slip or order number so that we know who’s returning the item, and a
quick note with the reason why you're returning the items. You will be
responsible for all shipping costs.

3. We’ll issue a refund to you for the product cost when we receive
the item back.
